Fellows receive an annual salary of $ 71,760 plus a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage for the employee and qualified family members. We offer ample time off during their fellowship year for vacation and sick leave as well as paid professional leave for licensing exams or to attend conferences and other trainings. The following holidays are observed: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and Friday after), and Christmas Day.  All CPMC employees are required to complete a comprehensive pre-employment screening, including a medical examination, drug testing, review of immunization records, and a TB test.  Fellows must also consent to a background check.
