Program Eligibility
- US citizen or permanent resident
- Graduation from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited pharmacy school
- Eligible for California pharmacist licensure by October 1st
To apply for admission to the PGY1 pharmacy residency program, the following information should be uploaded into PhORCAS by the deadline: January 5th, 2025.
- Curriculum vitae
- Cover letter indicating why the California Pacific Medical Center pharmacy residency experience is beneficial for your career goals
- Three letters of recommendation
- Minimum of 2 letters of recommendation should be from pharmacy preceptors
- Official Transcript from school or college of pharmacy
**After receiving your completed application, we will reach out to you to request a supplemental video submission answering a few questions**
An on-site interview is required. Interview and tour of the medical center will be scheduled after receipt of a complete residency application.
